Adobe and Heathrow Expand Partnership to Make the Airport Easier to Find in AI Search

Heathrow will use Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Brand Visibility to optimize its content for AI assistants.

Adobe and London's Heathrow Airport have expanded their partnership, with Heathrow adopting Adobe tools designed to make its content more discoverable in AI-powered search and assistants.

The details

  • Heathrow will use Adobe Experience Manager to manage its web content and Adobe Brand Visibility to track and improve how it appears in AI answers.
  • Heathrow serves about 84.5 million passengers a year, and its website draws more than 50 million visitors annually.
  • Financial terms were not disclosed.

Why "AI visibility" is a new budget line

As more travelers ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot for flight, parking and terminal information instead of clicking through search results, brands are discovering that they have little visibility into what those assistants say about them. A new category of tools, sometimes called generative engine optimization, aims to measure and influence those answers.

For a high-traffic site like Heathrow's, accurate AI answers about security wait times, transport links and terminal changes can directly reduce support calls and passenger confusion.
